The scones that are included in our cream tea boxes are part of our heritage and will be a legacy that we too will pass on to our children. These two sisters who are now in heaven, enchanted everyone who ate the scones they baked. The scones that they would make were perfectly flaky, golden and as light as air. They truly gave us a magical gift in the form of their perfect scone recipe. However, the even perfect recipe cannot just rely on magic alone. The recipe called for the highest quality of ingredients that were worthy of the gift we were given. We searched the world and experimented with many different premium brands until we made sure that we were using the best quality of butter and flour. Every one of our luxury cream tea boxes has six large scones, a pot of homemade raspberry jam and fresh clotted cream all the way from tamarind farm in Digana.
