Terms & Conditions

Hire costs are for a 24hr period. Please contact us if you need the items for longer.

A 50% deposit should be paid to secure hire items & date.

The remaining hire costs should be paid on the day of hire when items are delivered.

A fully refundable damage deposit of LKR10,000 is to be paid when hire items are delivered to you. This will be refunded in full on return of all the items undamaged.

Damaged items are charged at LKR2,000 per item, except for cake stands/pedestals which are charged at LKR5,000 per item.

Items will be delivered fully wrapped in safe transportable boxes, they will need to be wrapped and boxed by yourselves on return. * Please note transporting is where most damages occur so please wrap carefully.

Unless otherwise arranged with us, you will need to arrange the safe return of our hire items. Please note they are not suitable for transport in Tuk Tuk’s.

Please ensure all items are cleaned before packing.

All of our items are NOT suitable for dishwashers and will need to be hand-washed.
