For those of you who don’t know Christina (have you guys been living under a rock?), she was who bought fame to our little island back in 2017 when she was placed in the top 16 of the acclaimed Miss Universe pageant. An avid animal rights advocate, a fashion designer and blogger; Christina dominates the social media platform with her down-to-earth and honest Instagram posts.

Setting up a great example to her young followers is a responsibility she has taken seriously and amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Christina has urged people to restrict their travelling and stay in their homes. Being Sri Lankan, an afternoon cup of tea is an essential must to get through her monotonous days and when there was a chance to give her afternoon cuppa a little extra panache by having a fancy tea party right in her garden, Christina did exactly that by renting out with Isabelle and Mimi.

Creating the perfect little tea party out in her garden decked in antique crockery filled with the tea-time staples like pastries, cake and scones with clotted cream and jam made freshly by Isabelle and Mimi; it was the perfect setting to enjoy tea differently with her family and of course her well-loved doggos!

Isabelle and Mimi offer a curated selection of handpicked vintage bone china crockery that is fit for royalty. Different crockery sets each with a whimsical design brought down from the UK are the perfect choice of prestige utensils to create a formal tea party setting -- there are varied selection of crockery to satisfy your hearts desire not limited to the usual cups and saucers but inclusive of teapots, sandwich trays, tiered cake stands, etc.

So why not have a tea party with your family to tide the time until the pandemic is over or to celebrate birthdays, bridal showers and any occasion that calls for you to have a fancy tea party or picnic? Bring out the satin dining cloth and doilies, dust out that apron and bake a few cakes and cookies to fill up the crockery or even have your friends bring their favourite tea snack and recreate scenes out of a fairytale.
